I have just watched the counting of votes for & against the proposed subscription for 2024.25 (about 56 minutes into the video). I should like to know at what stage the votes cast by the chair (as proxy for delegates who could not attend) were added in, and why the chair did not declare the total of votes he was casting, both for and against the motion). My apologies if I missed the announcement. .
