I don't know what you mean by 3rd skill, because Charm is usually cast first or second, and the third skill is W or Q, depends on player, but that is the ability that activates Electrocute, and that gives a great chunk of her burst. You can literally mean any ability, other than R - Spirit Rush Correction, you can mean all abilities, because EQRW is a valid combo.
