You always seem to pick great shoes that are actually comparable to each other! Some reviewers waste time doing vs with shoes that don't even fall under the same type of shoe. Keep it up guys :)

I am writing this before watching. I just purchased the Glycerin Max to replace my More V5’s the V5’s are amazing to walk in and to run in…for shorter distances. After 5k or so…my More’s, which have less than 100 miles on them, feel flat and have minimal response. Causing hot spots and foot fatigue for me. I had the same issue with the Nimbus 26…which is why I purchased the More’s. So now I will try the Glycerin Max as my easy/recovery run shoe. Hopefully this is the one. As for sizing…I recommend using the sizing tool provided on the Brooks website. Based on shoes, that I already own, the tool recommended I go up half a size. Glad I did. My toes would have little to no room if I had gone true to size. FYI. Great thing I found these at my local running shoe shop. Now let’s see what you guys said about them…

Hi, can you please update us on whether you prefer the More V5 or Glycerin Max. I've been running in the Skyward X and have now hit over 200 miles on it and wanting to find a similar shoe to that for my easy/long runs. Thank you!

The More V3 was a special shoe. Definitely was a sleeper but worked so well for everyday and easy long runs

Own the glycerin max. I can tell you they are soft and squishy but yet supportive and don’t bottom out like the new balance do after a few days

I own both and completely agree. The More’s, for me flatten out too much after a few miles into a run. A little too soft. The Max feel firmer, never bottom out..and have better energy return. But both are extremely comfortable on foot. I prefer the Glycerin Max for my easy/recovery runs over the More’s though.

How's the heel tab, it's looks high and potentially annoying and it's the only thing putting me off trying that shoe.

@@madixon1981 Feels good, I’m currently figuring out if I need to 1/2 size down, little heel slip and if I cinch the laces down too much it causes too pressure on my foot. I’m told with this style upper I shouldn’t have to cinch down the laces too much so maybe I’m 1/2 too large.

Have to totally disagree with Tom re: the More V4, I found it completely opposite, no response no turnover, the foam was just a totally energy sapping slushy mess. Did two runs trying to make them work but couldn’t wait to get them off my feet. Now sold and won’t take Toms advice on shoes!

Me ask Santa Glycerin for Christmas. Where did you find the price at? Me Dad says that Santa has $200 limit because inflection and higher cost him have this year of travel and probably at North Pole. Thank you in advances if you can me respond to me.

Weird comparison, Glycerin is responsive and fairly stiff, V5 is squishy and unstable. Glycerin vs SB2 makes more sense, with the Glycerin being better overall.
