Have you been able to connect them to the app? I’m not seeing them in the app.

Thanks for the review. Compared to other compression legs, the Therabody products Pression is lower, just 100mmHg instead of 240. would you prefer another brand therefore?

They really help with muscle soreness after leg day and running. I wish they made these for arms as well!

They do, it's called "RecoveryPulse Arm"

Thanks for the review. Nice you got a head start before anyone reviewed them. I got the gen 1 pro but I don't think I can justify getting the Jet just to avoid the tether cable and have controls on the boots and also have the sweet black color. Please agree with me or I will loose 800 dollars.

Hi Mike, if you the gen 1 Pro, I don’t think it’s worth investing in the jetboots really. They are more portable but it’s not an 800 bucks benefit I don’t think.

Good review. I’m looking at another company that has a discount on at the moment, still in 2 minds if I should pull the trigger. I’m either cycling or running 5/6 times a week but as you say, there are other things I can be doing that will arguably be just as good and are free!

Great review! As a 1st time buyer, what major differences did you see between the RecoveryAir Gen1 vs. RecoveryAir Gen 2 (besides the portable capability)? Trying to determine which one I should buy since there's a $200 difference.
@TheRunTesters2 жыл бұрын
Hi Alan (Kieran here), the portability is the main thing here. A little more app link up with the new Jetboots too, so you can tailor the pressure a little more finely if you want to. If you're buying your first pair and you've got the money, I'd personally say its worth the extra $200 for the Jetboots. If you're on a tighter budget and you just want the compression for as cheap as you can get it, go first gen. You'll get the same performance and benefits.

@@TheRunTesters Hi Kieran, thank you very much for the prompt answer! Were there any "performances" differences between the 1st and 2nd gen? For my use, I don't think I need the portability feature since I'm just sitting there on my bed, but that's just me haha. So was just wondering if there were any big differences that stood out to you between the two.

I bought the Therabody RecoveryAir JetBoots. They worked for 2 days and then the power would come on, but they would not start. They were paired and the app on my phone recognized them. I tried to contact Therabody and they only do chat and have no one that can help you with the product. I am so frustrated. I will never buy a Therabody product again. I also did not have the split charger. Could only charge 1 boot at a time.

Hey, I tried the Compex ones and found I was having them on the highest setting only as I just couldn't get them tight enough. I don't think my legs are that small despite being a marathon runner but have you found any which are night and tight?

Hi Kieran, Random question, does it mention that you have to use them lying down, or could you be sitting up, or perhaps legs up against a wall? Thanks
@TheRunTesters2 жыл бұрын
Hi James (Kieran here), you don't have to be lying down to use them. Though I find that's the most comfortable.

Hi, thanks. Not tried the shorts but something that hits the quads a little more might be good.
