Moon Knight is certainly an odd duck. Dr. Fate mixed with Daredevil. I appreciate these videos as they provide context for the character, and the fact they’re performed in good quality is a bonus.

Hey, I remember you did a video covering the first 5 issues of the Warren Ellis years ago. You’ve improved so much since then it’s insane. The voice work, the music, the transitions, the way you set the mood, amazing. I full heartedly prefer your motion comics over the new series. your voice actors gets what MK was about and his personality. The show portrays someone completely different. i get it that youre reading directly from the comics but the sarcasim and the inflection really hit the mark for me. well done. btw you have so insanely gotten more refined over the yrs its just amazing to see you advance. would you ever do spawn?

Series never meant to be exactly the same which is good as otherwise there would be no driving dynamic and surprising plots. Not to mention that the comics aren't so fluent with each other either.

@@neonice ummm when they took steven grant and turn him into a complete pansy arse then imo they have ruined the character that the writers originally created... who the f do the show writers think they are??? they get to just completely upend a character and the yrs of writing that created those characters. i get it that moonknight was never a top tier comic book but i absolutely loved it. when i watch the tv show its maybe 20% of the original idea that created moon knight and the characters in it. moon knight isnt the same, steven grant is completely different, and jake is also completely different for the lil bit we saw of him. the fact you defend the moon kknight show proves to me that your not a true comic fan but one of these young kids who found them cuz of the tv shows and movies. try spending 35 yrs reading comics then come talk to me. the fact remains that they made steven grant a pansy so he would be more appealing to the kids today and the b.s. "message" they are alway pushing. moonknight is a sarcastic violent comic with hilarious quibs and dark humor and the tv show is none of that at all....

When I looked at the meaning of TVT for 30 minutes and compared it, this was the most real and better. And the 30-minute background rap was good when Moon Knight fought with ghosts.
