A brief Purports here, if you are interested to know.... This is "Hamsa Mantra" Ajapaaja, in every breathing, living entity's body Lord MukhyaPraana(Hanuman), performs this hamsa mantra japa, with every breath he is addressing the supreme being as Ham-sa. Ham(referring to "SAT"), Sa(referring to "CHIT & ANANDA" attributes of the supreme). Lord hanuman residing in every humans perform 21,600 hamsa mantra japas every day.....and we are all mostly unaware about it....and what kriya(technique) Sri M sir gave here is a means to recognise this worship performed by Hanuman inside us... This was actually one of the teaching from the lord shiva himself सकारणे िवहयावध त हकारणे विशेत ऩ्नु ् । हंसहंसेत्यमुंमन्त्रंजीिो जऩवत वनत्यश् ॥ १५५ b ॥ The breath is exhaled with the sound 'Ha' and inhaled again with the sound 'Sa'. Thus the individual always repeats this particular mantra Hamsa.
