Awesome videos paint looks flawless. I’m trying go get same results but will be some time. What do you use for carpet flocking and where can I get some.

How are you masking off such perfect and small circles for the dash/dials? Thx!

I sure would like to see the process you use for masking. No matter how careful I am, my masking sucks.

Love your channel and how you detail your models, I was wondering where you get the strainer/basket you use for the flocking material? I've tried without one and it is very difficult, makes it look easy with the one you use.

I like the added touch of you handpainting the center dash console rather than using the decal.

Hello there! I was wondering why you don't polish your cars as lots seem to do. Is it because the gloss is enough? thank you, Judy in Nova Scotia, Canada. If you don't mind...where are you located?
@TheScalemodelingChannel4 жыл бұрын
Polishing is used to improve on the gloss, if there is no need to improve the gloss(in my opinion) i will not spend time polishing

You do amazing work sir, these models are so grately detailed, hopefully with time mine can get this good. Wish I was able to get some of the zero paint here in Canada.

Your details look better anyways. Also the previous video with the body had great details on the mold lines I asked you about. The black plastic made them really pronounced. :)

As an owner of a real Shelby GT-H (#14/500) I was happy you painted the exterior in jet black instead of the metallic, but disappointed on the decision to go brown for the interior. A car like this, in my opinion, needs to remain true to original. Doing a fully custom regular Mustang? Sure, whatever colors you want. But anyway, can't deny the work you do, it's very good.

DL G if we where talking about a full scale 1:1 version. Fully agreed. However, this is the beauty of modeling. You can “pretty harmlesly” make a model to your own taste/design. As it is a “toy” and not the real deal in my opinion

OK- so dumb question... If you're out of Beige / Tan, but you have Brown- why don't you just mix up your own? You know... Brown + White = Beige/ Tan
@TheScalemodelingChannel4 жыл бұрын
Because getting the color right is harder than you might think
@bobarmstrong61084 жыл бұрын
It's not that hard, I mix my own colors all the time. It would be cool to show your viewers how to do it.
