Finally, the video where that engine is assembled as it should be. I have waited a long time (more than a week) for this moment. Thanks for the inspiration. Believe it or not, Model 37 of the Enthusiast series has twice as many parts for the same engine.

Hi Tom, great job! How did you drill the holes in the distributor for the ignition wires? The 6 connections for the wires are very small (0,8mm diameter). The wire has 0,5mm so it is quite hard. Did you do that by hand drill? Thanks for your answer.

@TheScalemodelingChannel3 жыл бұрын
You can try taping them to a window for a couple hours/days in direct sunlight. That works sometimes. But if they are simply old and cracked you would also need to clearcoat them again.

@@TheScalemodelingChannel Ok, fair enough. I thought maybe there was some special property I didn't know about. I use it for resin, PE and wood, but I always seem to have trouble with CA glue. Maybe its just the dryness where I live. Thanks

I do wonder why sometimes there is an engine when it'll be hidden from view in the model. Don't misunderstand me. I love the engine part of a kit and building them. But afterwards all that work is encased in the body of the model. Not all but the majority I believe are somewhat hidden. Beautiful job bytheway!
@oliverioyg4 жыл бұрын
The kit includes a stand so that the engine can be displayed independently.
