I’m so confused on what a soliloquy is can someone please explain
@indigopillow82604 жыл бұрын
A soliloquy is when a character is speaking to themselves almost like a little speech to themselves. Even if there are other characters on stage they cannot hear it
@sophiebambridge87594 жыл бұрын
IndigoPillow omg thank you so much
@MarkBirch4 жыл бұрын
IndigoPillow is right but if there are other characters on stage it's classed as an aside, rather than a soliloquy. It's a dramatic convention that when a character speaks in soliloquy (or aside) they are telling the truth (as they see it).
