BENEFITS OF THIS BREATHWORK SESSION - Improves fire element, metabolism, energy, vitality - Boost confidence, ambition, self-esteem & drive - More charisma, electromagnetic energy, people will be drawn towards you - Energize and align the solar plexus chakra, bringing the energy up to the third eye
@TheSchoolofBreath2 ай бұрын
Hope you are enjoying your breathwork journey. On Day 1, we focused on the Root Chakra, which is earth element, to ground you. On Day 2, we focused on the Sacral Chakra, water element to ground your emotions. Today we focus on the fire element in the body, solar plexus, situated just above the navel. At the physical level it improves your metabolism, energy and vitality. At the energetic level you'll have more charisma, more electromagnetic energy, and people will be drawn towards you when your solar plexus is working at it's ideal capacity.

Hey Abhi, Thank you 🙏 for all that you do!!! Question: I learned that the primordial sounds are specific to the chakras. These sounds differ from regular Sanskrit pronunciation. The A sound in the ‘Om’ (AUM) mantra is different from the primordial sound….it’s pronounced ‘UH, when we chant ‘Om (AUM). I learned this first from Swami Satchidananda and again from Amma Karunamayi.

In tummo breath step 1 when holding breath, is it breath in or out?
@amanatmeditatewithabhiАй бұрын
In Tummo breathing, the breath-holding phase (kumbhaka) typically follows a forceful exhalation. So, you would hold your breath after exhaling.
@ResearchAgent23 күн бұрын
During the first step of the tummo breath practice, you typically hold your breath after a full inhalation. This breath retention is often done with the lungs full of air. Have you tried this technique before?

Could you explain why we join the thumb and index finger?🙏🙏
@TheSchoolofBreathАй бұрын
The thumb represents your fire element and the index finger represents the air element ( directly related to the thoughts) .. with chin mudra when we join the thumb and index finger we bring our mind to Alpha State And eventually with pranayama thoughtlessness
@ResearchAgent23 күн бұрын
Joining the thumb and index finger is a common hand gesture in yoga known as "Gyan Mudra." It is believed to enhance concentration and improve memory.
@MeditatewithAbhi23 күн бұрын
Absolutely! Joining the thumb and index finger is a common gesture in various cultures and practices like yoga and meditation. Thumb represents fire and index finger represents air(linked to being unfocused and sometime in decisive). When you join the fire to air we re-channel the energy and balance the air element which creates a sense of focus and connection. Give it a try and see how it feels for you! 🧘♂️🙏

Please, I am new here. Can somebody tell me why is important to hold the breath. Thank you 🙏
@amanatmeditatewithabhiАй бұрын
Holding your breath during breathwork can increase oxygenation, stimulate the nervous system, enhance energy flow, and deepen meditation. However, it's important to start slowly.
