god, this video just highlights why cs is the best e-sport in the world, ever. there are underdog stories unlike anything else in e-sports (only things that come to mind close to the likes of Ence and C9 are SSG vs SKT-T1 at worlds in league and USA in the overwatch world cup 2018), the (I hate the word iconic with a passion) classic moments like cold with the awp, snax on cobble, happy on inferno, neo on overpass, the hiko 180 flick, the kenny knife onto guardian, etc, the huge megapowers (fnatic, faze, sk, old nip, old vp, astralis, titan/envyus/g2, even liquid). it feels like a grand show when everything goes according to plan, as it should. don't judge me but, I'm a massive pro-wrestling fan, and it reminds me of a big wrestling show every time. the electric crowds, the stories, the drama, the people you root for and against. there is nothing that I want more than to attend a big cs:go major live someday. maybe the first one that they can do at full capacity once covid is gone, cause I've seen overwatch live, and it sucked, and although seeing league live would still be cool, cs:go has a special place in my heart now

@@emilt.m.6418 they fact that you are comparing the two are crazy, first off ence didnt win, yes they were a underdog and all, and kinda came out of know where. But Cloud9 was not even predicted to make it to the playoffs, but yet they beat Astralis and VP to make by, then also once they got to the champion stage they beat G2, SK, and then of course faze. That legit almost all the top 5 teams that were going into that major, for a team that couldnt even get in the top 10 rankings it seemed impossible. Not only that but the Grand final was one of if not the best in major history both teams going back and forth at each other making crazy plays to stay in the game and not to mention that NA had never won and major before and it was on home grounds. While Ence on the other hand got there ass handed to them by Astralis, sure they had good games before but it just doesnt match up with the craziness of the Boston Major.

Caleb Maris iirc c9 were ranked 5th at the start of the boston major due to top 4 finishes in recent tournaments. At the time those top 4 finishes were lucky run themselves so c9 were still given no chance to win it all. Still my best major moment as they beat every ranked team above them on the way to win but they were easily a top 10 team going into that major
