Anas Sarwar attacks Humza Yousaf & SNP 'financial mismanagement' costing taxpayer £3.7 billion

At First Ministers Questions today Humza Yousaf had to defend the SNP's financial mismanagement of £3.7 billion of public money, according to Anas Sarwar.
Anas Sarwar highlighted costs for the Barlinnie Prison replacement had jumped from £100m pounds to £400m.
The First Minister tried to blame the Ukraine war as a reason for Barlinnie Prison's replacement cost spiralling so high.
