They should not abuse the protection afforded by the Parliaments where speech is free from being sued. In this incidence, the language has been backed up therefore it is entirely appropriate to use such language, entirely appropriate for the SNP to be called out on it and consequently the presiding officer is totally out of order and should either make a public apology or resign forthwith. Secrecy is the friend of Evil. Transparency is the friend of Truth.

And she IS responsible to the house of commons as the leader of a devolved government that comes under the aegis of Westminster, as per the Act of Union 1707 articles 1 and 3.
