GH needs to: 1. Get rid of the "reasons for declining" screen. 2. New notification sound. Cowbell is too hard to hear. 3. Streamline the click through process on deliveries. Way to many redundant screen taps to start delivery and close out a delivery.

Uber eats has some work to do too... I had so manycanceled orders on New Year's Eve because restaurants were closed .& we're wasting our time driving around for nothing & then Uber tells me there's no supervisors ? On the busiest day of the year for driving and they don't or NO LONGER?!# compensate for driving to closed restaurants. Something needs to change here

GrubHub has the worst tips by far in my area. California. They have higher base pay and very low tips. It's intentional.

It’s all market based. I rotate all Apps, they will give good orders here and there. Just don’t stick with one app. You will screw yourself not using multiple apps.

Signed up for GH in January 2023 and was wait-listed until April. Hate their app, but their offers are much better than UE. Hopefully, GH will make significant improvements to the app this year.

In 2019 and 2020 i was making $500 - 700+ a week on GH , now im lucky if i make 35 a week. offers went from consistent double digit offers back to back to crap offers now like 4 to 6 per order an less than $1 per mile.

I’ve never had a tip lowered after delivery. Sometimes I will have a raised tip after delivery.

GH is terrible in my area so far in W-B, Pa. Very rarely do I get an offer. Don't think many restaurants are signed up with them or maybe just no customers use them.

For me, GH used to be the cash cow. I earned more on GH than with DD and UE. It has totally done a 180. DD is between 65-75 percent of my orders with UE with the rest, typically. The good ole days of GH pumping out orders of $12, $15, $22 are gone by the way of the Dodo bird! And please, for the love UE... DO NOT GO TO A SCHEDULE! UE has never had a schedule! Logon and off at anytime, when you feel like it. It's worked for YEARS, why change it now? Just no!

@@RCSurf Exactly! I was making hella good money on GH in that same timeframe! I have gone months without even turning on GH. I have recently just started to have the app on (I mean, why not?) And for a few weeks I was making an "extra" $100-$150 to go along with DD and UE. But last week and this week it's totally fell off a cliff.. I've completed one order for $8.74 in the last two weeks! LMFAO...

Why don’t they just let you schedule a time period and market place radius. They can pay $25hr. You can pick a market place but can’t refuse orders. Once one order is done another one gets automatically assigned to you.

I had an order to pick up some time ago for $13 4 miles I drove 2.5 ml, order was picked up by some other driver then I called support department and told them about it, then they replied, I'm sorry that happen to you but we'll compensate you for your time, my replied was ok cool thinking I was getting half the total pay which is $7, I only get $1.30cent, so I decided to back to find out why I only get that amount,their response was they only pay this amount for order that has been picked up by another driver that BS

Why can't my wife dash whenever she wants on Door Dash? She has an acceptance rate over 90% & excellent stats. Does she need more deliveries(around 50 so far) or more per week? Scheduling is a joke in Michigan with ridiculously small blocks, late night blocks, or availability 2 zones away. We usually drive away from Flint MI to the nearest high income zone & dash at night.
