The problem with drone on cruise ship is also how it could interfere/damage navigational apparatus and all kinds of radar. Then, if they crash into the sea, it could actually violate other laws.

That makes so much sense! I can completely see why they would do that! I was so sad to hear that I couldn’t bring my drone when I first was starting to cruise but what you explained here makes it a no brainer as to why drones are band! Thank you for this!

The drone you could fly is you have faa commercial license with insurance?

Great question! From what I am able to see you cannot fly a drone at all unless you have explicit permission from the cruise line to do so!
