Holy smokes I have been having the most frustrating time with this, not having the kettlebell slam into my arm. That said, with THIS video, and looking at this other one from your library: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmrOdWV3ptGmqcUsi=tzXaIxEVrb9f4NTZ My brain FINALLY made the connection in keeping the bottom of the kettlebell facing DOWN towards the ground (mostly until it’s parallel with the wall in the pull through/shrug) and never UP. Just visualizing the bottom staying pointed down while engaging the pull/shrug, I was SHOCKED just a second ago how I moved the KB with so much more ease. 🤯THANK YOU!!! 💪🏻
