Amalia or Francisco (plus partner) would be good commanders for Lurking Chupacabra. Legion Vanguard and Tomb Robber are worth noting as repeatable sources of explore in black.

@@EDH_on_a_Budget Francisco in particular is quite flexible with Partner. Deadeye Tracker is another great card for such a deck (repeatable gravehate that also explores).

Not budget in the slightest (On account of being from Antiquities and on the RL) but Gate to Phyrexia is a repeatable source of artifact destruction in black.
