I didnt play for 7yrs, just tried gears 5 and have to say, im rusty. I never was the best at wallbouncing or gnasher shooting, but i hope ill get a lil bit better in time. What i also liked in the past was supporting teammates with my lancer or retro lancer as we approach objectives in domination or koth. Didnt get many kills, but i did score high with the assists. :)

The outer deadzone literally killed this game for me when it came out. I never realized that it was the setting that was making my camera have a “slide / gliding on ice” effect.

Haha you gotta pick them up. Power weapons spawn around the map. You can hold left bumper if on xbox and it will show you where the weapons spawn

Buy a pc. That’s the only tip you really need. Playing on a controller doesn’t change the fact you have a pc lol. Pc on controller is far superior & if you disagree oh well it’s true.
