ONe of the main things that keeps me coming back to this game after all these years is that I havent' stoppped improving. There have been various times in gears where I felt like I hit a ceiling and felt that I was never going to get past it. That was it and I was as good as I was ever going to be. But then somehow I always found when I came back to playing that I could get past it and get a little better. Anyway, I don't know how good a player I can be yet. Finding out is still exciting and fun. I'm already better than I ever thought I was going to be.

Playing with friends or vs people that are better than you will force you to adapt to them causing you to grow faster it’s how I grew my skill in the last game I played to a high levek

I think I've got the mindset down and willing to learn but being Australian makes it hard to get into competitive because the majority of people are US or Euro based so its hard to find people willing to teach and/or play with

make a video on game sense like how you use to make those videos about what you thinking about while playing and you would talk about it but make something more in depth about holding pockets and like more competitive type stuff pubs can be sweaty etc but like ELOs is a different level sometimes with the way they play i think

I feel like I've gotten worse. Even though that's basically impossible, even if you aren't actually training and being honest with yourself. You'll still get mechanically better. Idk, I used to win like every FFA lobby and now I can barely hope to come in 4th.
