This was great! I already walk every day or there abouts. I have the fitness hp and track my steps, distance, workouts and water. I also use the monthly spread to place gold, silver, blue star stickers depending on how far/long I walked. It's a great visual to see the stars and acknowledge my consistency. (my goal for March)

I have a steps goal every week. I track my steps and workouts. I started my workouts 5 minutes at a time and Im up to 30 minutes 5 days a week. Start slow and progress slowly you will succeed easier.

@@PlanWithMichelle i did. I was giving feedback. Take it or leave it. When all you are showing is your hands moving around - and you arent getting to the point - people will move on. You need to provide different visuals and not just your hands moving around over a page or a book.

You have good info but you are forgetting that this is a visual concept. My comments werent rude but feedback. But ill move on to others who are providing the same info but easier to watch.

I simply said provide something more than your hands moving around for over 4 minutes while you blather on before you actually get into what the video is about. Its a VIDEO not an audio concept. Stop being a victim because someone gave you some constructive criticism to maybe consider. As i said take it or leave it. Ill go give my support and attention to others. Be well
