Thank you! It’s one number on the scale that I can not seem to go under. I needed this Info. to let me know that it can be done. Also, it may sound crazy but I know I don’t eat enough foods. Since I’m not hungry in the morning, I’m going to do a whey protein shake in the AM.

I've been doing well working out and eating healthy, but a bit off-topic, how do you drive yourself to your goals? Like I hate to compare, but I am 33 years old and I have a lot of talent. My profession is chef and my strongest is being a pastry chef. I'm on and off with baking because I live alone and in the end I'm eating what I made. I still hope to have business that me and God has, but I also feel like money is a huge issue. How can I overcome this? How can I push myself to become better?
