I like to think that the mysterious guy that went with the kid at the beginning of Afraid is probably just some random guy on set that was helping the kid down the stairs, but then the camera saw it through the mirror and they were like "well this wasn't supposed to be seen, but it was rather ominous so we'll keep it in anyways"

The reason AI images are so uncanny is because the difference between humans and AI is that Humans have personal knowledge and experience on how things should look. AI only guess-timates where certain features should go. AI don’t comprehend its own creations. Humans still have the unique ability to recall personal experiences and information about their environment and translate it to creative images.

Movies nowadays are sooo weird. They're either poorly made sequels, unneeded live actions, or very half-baked takes on modern developments. These movies were rather predictable and, yeah, boring. I hope more directors take more creative takes on AI. The ends of these movies are also hella loosely tied.

I thought Maverick 2 was pretty well made actually in terms of unnecessary sequels. Realistic? Well, about as realistic as Ace Combat. Fun? Hell yeah. And the actual flight tricks done by real pilots? Beautiful 👌

I was really hoping you would talk about M3GAN, but I guess you technically did. If you want a good and fun horror movie with a Megan in it, you should watch that one. It was my favorite horror movie of 2023 and my favorite horror movie overall right now. I love doing her dance and doing voice impressions of her. Not the Megan Fox robot, but M3GAN. I watched Subservience the other day, and I didn’t like it at all. I don’t think the acting was very good, and I feel like it was trying to be a serious film, but it did not give off that vibe. I liked AfrAId a little bit, but my favorite AI horror movie is definitely M3GAN. I would explain why, but I don’t wanna spoil it for you if you haven’t seen it. I will say that she is a robotic doll designed to be a best friend to an orphaned girl whos Aunt created M3GAN. Let’s just say she takes protecting her primary user too far, as is the case with the movies you talked about in this video. What I love about M3GAN is that she is a killer doll, of course. I also enjoyed it because it is a really fun and funny Film, while also touching on real potential dangers of AI. Sorry if I am rambling, I just really love this movie. The trailer also hooked me because I am obsessed with horror dolls.

I think that if they would’ve lessened the filler scenes and focused a bit more on the rv, it could’ve had more potential. But it was fun watching a robot dunk on ai :) Edit: I feel like it would’ve been cooler if instead of the robot herself (Alice) “hacking” herself, it was someone else like trying to hack her and cause some dumbass robot uprising. Like a robot cult leader or sum. Could’ve had potential 🙂‍↕️
