Erin i just wanted to take a minute and explain to you I know how hard it is when a parent get sick back in August of 2017 my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer... They told us my dad had 6 months to live... That broke me... At 21 still in college never had a job had everything handed to me.. it really opened my eyes. I had to drop out of college and get two jobs a week after my dad got home. to help take care of my family.. But here I am 4 years later my dad is still here by the grace of God!! Its been really hard! I could write a book on how messed up mine and my family's lives have been but I'm very blessed they're still here. I hope your dad beats this cancer! I wouldn't wish cancer on anybody! Lot of love from Alabama.

I would suggest trying later on Gulden's Honey Mustard, Boar's Head Honey Mustard, and Marie's Honey Mustard (in the produce section cooler case usually). I grew up on Gulden's, Boar's Head does amazing deli meats & cheeses, and Marie's has the best dressings (my go to for blue cheese for Buffalo wings & their Creamy Italian Garlic is my fav dressing).

For the 0 calorie mustard...check the serving size. They are allowed to round down so if the serving size is small enough you can round down to zero. The same principal applies to spray oil.

My daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor in August 2017 when she was 2, and my mom was diagnosed a year later with ovarian cancer. Both are doing well, and taking maintenance chemo.. we are praying that this will finally be it for both of them and they can be in remission. It's been tough, but God has them and our family in his hands. We don't always know why things happen. Praying for you and your family, Erin!!! Your dad's got this!

You said nugget and that reminded me of a story that will make you laugh I think. I went to the store to get some catfish nuggets that were on sale. I asked the a young man behind the counter, if he would give me a pound of his nuggets. Then I thought about what I had said and I said, "That didn't sound right lol." HE laughed and I said, How about a pound of your catfish nuggets. I bet when you go home tonight, you're going to tell your wife, Some Old lady asked for my nuggets today. lol" I said, "Well at least I was able to give you a laugh."
