Probably completing Undertale's Genocide run is the hardest thing I've done in any game. I really had to grit my teeth and push through, spending multiple nights after work repeating the Sans fight again and again and again until I could hear Megalovania in complete silence. The earlier boss fights with Undine and Mettaton were no cakewalks either. Plus, the emotional toll of "but no one came" was a tough burden to carry on through.

I feel the rant about the batmobile is kinda overblown. Is it crazy that the Riddler built race tracks? 100% Was it a great excuse to push the players' driving skill with the batmobile to its limit? Of course. Plus, there weren't many races in the game, and they were far less tedious than some of the other trophies

The Dog Ending of Silent Hill 2 also appeared in a mindf--k list. Basically, moments that made you go "WTF?!"

For FFX I completed the lightning bolt challenge by breaking it down to 10 sets of 20 then pausing for a while, it was a bit more manageable.

Can't forget the inhuman achievement in guitar hero 3. To get this achievement, you have to beat through the fire and flames on expert without missing any note

Loremaster and The Insane were harder than explorer in WoW. Hardcore Diablo in D3 wasn't that hard either. Very surprised the hardcore 99 for Diablo 2 resurrected wasn't on the list as well

15:42 getting the diablo platinum trophy is one of the easiest to exist. it’s not hard at all in hardcore mode even on expert you won’t die the entire playthrough.

Beating Diablo on hardcore is laughably easy, just play the game on the lowest difficulty. BOOM achievement earned. Hardcore just creates permadeath, has zero to do with difficulty.

Some of the feats/achievements/etc aren't that difficult. The Sekiro ending isn't that bad, Trolley trouble isn't that bad, Diablo 3 Hardcore isn't difficult, etc.

He’s not lying. Beating Diablo on hardcore is only hard if you make it so. Just play the game on the lowest difficulty, and it’s virtually impossible to fail.
