it would be walking grave. the ratte was fucking garbage. it would collapse under its own weight. and modern day anti aircraft guns are ground to air missiles. with those 28mm aa guns you would literally never even reach the jets that would be attacking it. Plus it would just get destroyed by one missile. It was bad, even for ww2 standards.

richie thach the 38cm was only used on the Bismarck Class and was planned for the Scharnhorst Class. Before the not done upgrade the Scharnhorst Class had 28cm guns and also the Deutschland Class had 28cm. I would say the 28cm was germanys Main navy gun for most of the war
