Hello Mr. Paul! I love that you can look at simple thing like an apple, and in minutes you make something- chutney! You look at your 4 ingredient challenge array, and you turn it into savoury pancakes/crepes! I was thinking you could make a kind of Shakshuka, but your idea was waaay better! The potato/cabbage/spinach was looking delicious to me, I am attempting that this evening!- watching for the pudding video... Wonderful week of meals as usual... Keep fit, stay safe, pat the pups, enjoy the sunshine!

Nice meals there Mr. Paul. I made a "variation" of your one pot pasta yesterday when I got home from footie - it was so quick as I had done the prep before I went out and just had to put the cooker on as I walked in - 10 minutes and I was eating my dinner. Very tasty and thanks for the idea. Hope you are feeling a bit better, look after yourself.

Oh Mr. Paul, everything looked so delicious! Apple chutney is a mystery to me, but it looked intriguing with bacon chops! I will look online for what goes into that. 😊 Thank you so much for bringing cheer to my day! Believe it or not, it has just finished snowing 2 inches here in Minnesota (again) - awaiting spring this week!

Hi Mr Paul. Lovely variety of meals here. I'd never have thought of savoury pancakes. I finally got round to making a fish pie this week. Also, today, I made a batch of corned beef pasties and cheese, onion and bacon slices I discovered some sweet shortcrust pastry and gooseberries in the freezer, so now I have a lovely lattice pie for dessert All the best- I hope you're feeling better?

Hi Mr. Paul, when I saw the few left over items you had, the only thing I could think of was omelet, but you came up with another amazing recipe!! Do you have a pancake recipe? I don't care for the fluffy type pancakes here in the US. Yours look thinner like crepes.
@MrPaulsPantry Жыл бұрын
These are what we call Pancakes in the UK 100g Plain Flour pinch salt 1 Egg 250ml/g Whole milk or 50/50 with water A little oil for cooking. I hope this helps.

Hello, could you make a video about moving to Spain- when you moved, why you moved, what you like most about Spain etc. Also do you ever eat Spanish food? Your meals are all very English but you live in Spain! Why don't you make Spanish recipes on your channel? What do you miss most about England? Do you ever go back to visit? I think many viewers would be interested. Thank you!

Thank you for your comment, my late wife and I travelled the world as Circus Artistes for quite a few years until Arthritis struck I had to give it up at the age of 28. I went back to my original trade 'Baking' in Leeds. West Yorks. UK. We already had a holiday house in Morocco and travelled through Spain often. We liked it and decided to open a bakery here 25 years ago until I retired in 2010. The whole idea of KZbin was to share the tips, tricks and recipes from my years of baking. The largest jumper of followers and eithjer from the UK or ex pats living abroad. Spanish recipes do not attract many viewers and my incomes from KZbin depends on the number of views each video attracts. Of course I eat Spanish food almost every day for either lunch or dinner. Neither myself or my late wife had any relatives in the UK, so I have no need to return, I've only been back once in the 25 years and up to my wife passing in 2017 she never returned once. I hope this answers some of your questions, but you can Galway email me at PAUL@Mr-Pauls-Pantry.com

@@MrPaulsPantry Oh wow, what an interesting life! I'm sure many viewers would love a video to get an insight into this, but of course if too personal / not of interest, understand if not. Sorry to hear about your wife's passing. Thank you for your reply. 🙂

Thank you again for a really enjoyable video. The sponge pudding video will be real handy Mr Paul. I used to buy them from Iceland but they are £3 now for two and have that processed flavour. The challenge was a good one and a great idea. I was thinking you would go for a ravioli.

Oh, I have some liver in the freezer and I've not done colcannon before, I have spinach and cabbage and potatoes, it looks delicious, that's on the menu for this week for me, thanks. Wow for Friday, how ingenious, I would never have thought of pancakes. You got me thinking, I have some chili in the freezer and some cannelloni tubes in the cupboard, I could do that with a bachemel sauce too... another thankyou. Haha, naughty Mr Paul, your GI will have sky-rocketed with that syrup, but the cream will help keep your weight stable. A good week with lots of tips for me. :)

Mr Paul Sir, at the end of your last Weekly Meals Video you made a quick cheap desert and promised to post "soon". 😉 I have local kids who are stir crazy on the island and need sugar treats. BTW can I use Honey (plenty) instead of Golden Syrup (very little)? Many thanks and keep it up 🙂
@MrPaulsPantry Жыл бұрын
Hi Malcolm, Thanks for you comment as usual. Yes you can use honey, in fact when the video is posted I will be showing you several different variations using the same basic batter. I will post ASAP but health issues are slowing me down at present.
