How do you mix the gelatine power with the hot stock?? As I'm sure it will go lumpy

We use cereal as rusk . Some commercial sausages use far too much fat and cereal slurry for my taste . It comes out much like an American Hot Dog for my tastes .

I am unfamiliar with Crumpets . In the US we have “ English Muffins “ … they look very much similar to these Crumpets . Could the be the same ? If not , what are the differences

Although we post these memories, the website doesnt seem to be loading the written recipes. Since Pauls passing, is anyone still taking care of the website? I'm gutted im not able to use this anymore..

Thank you So so much for this clear, concise Recipe for Proper Yorkshire Puddings. I will use this as our default. There are many, many other more complicated recipes out there that seem to use 4-8 eggs each time. Seems overkill after watching this. Thank you.

This is a really good recipe even though he made it three years ago is the closest thing to Golden syrup. I love to show I miss him so much that he’s passed away. I still go back and watch some of those episodes when I can’t find the recipe I print it off. I hope they keep his videos up for a very long time.

You're right, we didn't want see you kneading for 4 ½ minutes. But we don't appreciate you jabbering on about nothing either. Talk faster. It is only three ingredients. How much idle chatter is necessary ?

Thanks. Can Cornish Pasties be frozen? It is not healthy for me to eat a full recipe at one time. Another silly question. Traditionally they were eaten by the tin miners. I assume that means they were eaten cold? Thank you

Hello Mr Paul. As I’m not keen on thyme, is it very strong tasting in the pie? I love watching you cook your recipes, so easy to follow, also your from my favourite part of the UK.
