Helluva Job guys. You helped me diagnose my Mini Cooper's front suspension issues. The BMW/Mini dealer has been clueless.

You could periodically spray 303 Protectant on the rubber bushings . To resist them drying out and cracking . And if already needing replacement , but not having the money right now to replace . Spray AT-205 Reseal on them to swell them up and reduce / eliminate squeeking .

Could you help me?Please help, I had my front lower control arm bushings replaced and a 4 wheel alignment done on my 2013 Audi A4 yesterday by a reputable mechanic shop. Today, I was unable to navigate around a curve and had an accident. The car would not go in the direction that I was steering (slightly left) so it kept going straight/right and made me crash into a curb and damage the whole bottom passenger side of the car. The alignment is now really off and it is not safe to drive. How can I tell if was a failure as a result of the work I just had done? What should I do? Should I take it back to the shop and hope that they are honest? Should I file an insurance claim and let them investigate? Could my inability to control the vehicle be a result of of replacing the front lower control arm bushings and/or mechanic error?

So, it will make grinding noises when breaking or accelerating? When I'm at constant speed, I don't get the noise, but as soon as I go below 45mph, and break, it makes noise. It's now a bit worse.... it makes noise only sometimes when going over a bump. The weird thing is that when it first started, water would make the noise almost stop. Edit: By water I mean, rain and driving through a puddle.

@@viktorbihar5384 i have exactly the same problem. Same on the rainy days, the sound is gone.

I’ve got a VW T6 and I’m getting a harsh ride over rough road. Vibrations in seat and steering wheel floor etc…. Unsteady feeling when driving. No noticeable noises other than twice i heard a pop turning in to car park space. Had 2 engine mounts replaced as it was misdiagnosed and never solved it. Also had top mounts and bearings done. Hopefully this solves it 😢

@@Brooke00755 Yes it was the control arm bushing but I think they call it the radius arm bushing or something like that. Made such a big difference after

This happened to me as well. Figured it was a bad cv joint. Nope, was the control arm.
