@@JustyCaseProbably Walmart and I think Dollar General EDIT: i just looked it up, it isn't discontinued from where I live (I live in the USA rn); it appears they stop making CapriSun in Kuwait and United Arab Emirates in 2020. The only time they technically discontinued (temporarily, actually) is because of some recall a year ago but they still make them from where I live.

It happens. The upkeeps and supplies were too much for the company handle the pressure of demands and the ingredients keeps going down too fast. This will put their other products at risk if everyone choosing choco taco than buying other products on the shelves, but they will bring it up whenever they believe the time is right

This was about 10 years ago, but Knorr, the pasta company, had a miniature rigatoni noodle dish that you could make. It was once available at my supermarket in Western New York. Now it’s gone- I don’t even remember what it was called, but it was really good.

This is a long shot but does anyone know what happened to those frozen "steam and mash" potatoes you could just microwave and it would basically be mashed potatoes? I used to buy them from jewel and other grocery stores and haven't seen them in years and can't find any info online except other reviewers saying they can't find them either. It was always in a big frozen bag and made making mashed potatoes super easy and convenient, and tastier than the box potatoes

@@jasonours6957 It’s basically pasta in tiny versions of normal sized pasta noodles. The Ronzoni one I ate was in the shape of tiny stars, or Stelline as it’s called. My mom liked to cook them in soup, which was how I preferred to eat the Pastina.

Everyone seems to think there is some kind of unique flavor to the choco taco but it was literally just a re-designed ice cream cone haha. Choco taco. Ugh. Horrible they got rid of it. That name alone is forever memorialized in my brain from time spent at the jersey shore. I can hear the ice cream guy now while he totes behind him a huge cooler filled with ice cream treats,yelling out all the ice cream treat names including the famous Chaco Taco, hearing that alone as a kid got us so excited and we would quickly run to catch him with our dollars. There was NOTHING like eatting a Chaco Taco on a hot summer day on the beach in mid afternoon. I can still taste the mixture of ice cream and chocolate and wafer with a slite mix of gritty sand that somehow got in it. It's truly what summer's where made of. It wasn't just a ice cream product, it was amazing memories as well.

Ngl, I prefer chocotacos more than regular klondike bars since regular Klondike bars break apart and the chocolate shell melts as you hold it as well as the vanilla inside and it makes a mess. The choco taco on the other hand is ingenious because it reinvented waffle cones and turned them into taco shaped.
