Good video Jordan, more I see of Silver Star the more I want to ride there. Us Vancouver area people ride in the rain because if we didn’t some years we would ride very little, I think the UK riders would understand about riding in the wet as well every were else they seem to not ride as soon as the trails are wet.

Hey jordan, the reason the gopro *probably* stopped recording is the while "break the recording into seperate clips" part. When you crashed, it might have jostled the gopro enough that it freaked out and never saved the next clip. The landing before just so happened to be where that cutoff point was.

first of all, great video as always. Second, I highly highly recommend Jedi Mind Trick to Challenger. Challenger is a blue and green however most people overlook it because of that. It is an amazing trail for trains. It's basically flowy singletrack, the trail has lots of side stumps and berms that can be pumped, slapped and BOOSTED! I'm glad you enjoyed my local park thanks BOOSTMASTER. let me know if the UBCO MTB boys can elevate the rowdiness at Silverstar next year. cheers.

Alright Jordan still watching all ya vids your journey content after all these years gets better and better 🤘🏻 I’ve been mountain biking for over 15 yrs and have had the odd tumble, split helmet , pedal shin rash, busted fingers elbow damage etc the other Sunday at Revolution Bike Park in Wales UK at the bottom of the red downhill I didn’t see what was about to happen which was a silly mistake of sending the last jump clipping a tree with the bar end at around 20mph and going OTB hands stretched out towards the berm and snapped my hand wrist it was like jelly, luckily I was with a mate and we were 2hrs away from home, i had surgery titanium plates screws and now plaster for 8 weeks 😳 When you broke your wrist how long was it before you got back on your ride? I know you pumped out a lot of vids whilst you was out but would like to now if your confidence was shot and we’re you scared to pull up on the bars etc I’ll be an avid viewer of your channel even more now, keep up the great work Tommy🤘🏻😎
@JordanBoostmaster5 жыл бұрын
Hey man thats really sad to hear about your wrist! well I only had my cast on for 5 weeks, but I still waited about 12 weeks from initial crash to finally jump on my bike, and it went fairly well, I was just taking it easy still. and for a lot of 2017 I was still not riding my best, until the end of the year finally. But I was still riding whistler and everything like that, just not as well as I'd like, I really benefited from a wrist brace in 2017 though
@schmickles19685 жыл бұрын
Jordan Boostmaster nice one for replying Jordan appreciate that mate, thanks for your info gives me a timeline, wife was annoyed with me because I asked the doc when I could ride again and not when I can go back to work 🤣, it’s a shitter isn’t it, yeah think I’ll be wearing a brace for a while and looks like I’ll be back on the rig around February 2020 due to the severity of the break... well until I go back to work I’ll be an avid viewer of your channel and the rest of the crew like Eric, Paul,Brian,Seth and Alex 🤘🏻

I'm also recovering from a crash, was on a road bike and the fork snapped off at high speed, slammed my face into the roads breaking my nose and sceptum plus a crap ton of road rash on my face and limbs, had to lay in bed for 3 months, still was able to do one last race before winter hit. Had to wear a full face to prevent all possibilities of hitting my face. Still hard to breath out of my nose almost 4 months since the accident

@biohazard5124 жыл бұрын
Have you ever seen a run which might be suitable for offroad skates? Most people who try them hate them, but I persevered and actually found that they are quite good in some places. They need smooth dirt which is steeper than usual (because they have higher rolling resistance than mountain bikes and no real way to speed up downhill other than pumping). I've been down some unofficial downhill bmx tracks that worked really well.
@gh0stedone4725 жыл бұрын
The same thing happened to me where my gopro stopped right before i crashed and apparently if you hit the right spit on the gopro, normally near the lens, it will knock the sd card loose and will not save a sertain amount of footage. The way tje gopro records is that every 30 seconds it saves the clip so ut deleted that 30 seconds
