I’m the worst of them all… I work from home but don’t have a desk, so I sit on the couch on my laptop all day😭 But I will give these stretches a try because I’ve absolutely gotten stiff! Thank you for this video!

It's really hard working from a couch. Put a pillow or something behind to support your low back. Get up and stretch every 30 minutes. Get some sort of workstation so that you're looking straight ahead when you look at your screen. You will probably need a separate keyboard.
Sleep better with these stretches in 2023!
