Very fun demo, needs better UI for worker management though and some more balancing. I enjoyed it alot though, probably will buy it when it comes out. The balance needs some work still, it was too easy, I didn't even need units (hail storm is all u need). I was getting over 1k gold a turn, bakery is quite strong. I imagine the full game will have more enemy unit types and better systems to draw cards when u got 300+ gold to spend. Looking forward to this one

The new demo has a much better worker management system now where you can do it all from one menu! You can check it out on Steam now, it is also Halloween themed for the moment haha Yeah there is a heck of a lot more content to come for this before we release next Summer!

@@fireshinegames6830 oh awesome, I played back a month or so ago. I'm excited for the full game. From the size of the map, does that suggest it gets to a huge late game?

Yeah, this game has potential, but the demo right now is so completely unbalanced , well, it certainly DOES make these Isles DOOMED! (And it's so doomed, it's not very fun.) I noticed that the land tiles are all the same type at the start which seems like a bug. Eventually you can buy a different land shape, but then they are all THAT shape? Always need to have different tiles, and maybe some way to fill in the 1 square holes that are inevitable, as the attackers just build a boat to cross those but they are useless for you. The attacking is very overpowered in that they destroy everything until dead. They really need to have some sort of check that they looted/destroyed so much and leave instead of just destroying you completely. Can be a counter for the entire raid, or for each guy individually. Then the massive attacks could have higher limits so they stay longer. It's just so very hard to build up your colony, and it's easy to bork it if you don't take the proper card as you see it--as you might not get it again. So yeah, they say next year which should give lots of time for rebalancing--hope that when Nook plays it then that he has a fighting chance at victory!

Yeah there is definitely a lot of balancing to be done and even the most recent demo which is up on Steam now has better balancing and a lot of bug fixes but there is definitely still a lot more content to come to the game that will help with balancing as well.
