Hey nook, two of your fields are barren not because it is too much work but because you only allowed them to put wheat on them. And bellow wheat there was a small red text saying "out of season", so i would assume they cannot plant anything.

Nice find! It's a relaxing "ant farm" colony manager. My issue from a first try is that the "wood" (foragers) people end up having all the money and I cannot seem to be able to tax them properly. Like they had 1400 gold in the household chest, while my ruler had 500 ...

A good lord is happy to see his people enrich themselves. A capitalist lord would be the one to expropriate the foragers to monopolize the incomes for himself. A communist lor would share the money with the rest of the village.

Yeah yeah , But when devs stop making everything damn extra _pixelated_ ? The hardware to make high res sprites is here for decades now , yet we have low res sprites that so low it hard to decipher what happening. Not only these devs , developers in general. Grrrr.

maybe because it requires time... Meaning people devote only to graphics, which can be a strain on small/singleman team for this kind of Indie game. This is not a AAA or AA game.

@@etienne8110 Trying to make distinguishable characters and items when you have 10x10 pixels vs , say , 64x64 to work with ? I would say less pixels to work wityh makes task harder and more time consuming.

seems good, but my personal opinion is this game is kinda in the middle of the simplicity of rimworld, and the complexity of dwarf fortress. So if i want to play something relaxing, i'll play rimworld. But if i wanted to play something complex and something has deep lore and lot of micro management, i'd rather play dwarf fortress. And this game is kinda a no go for me in either of that state. Too 'gray' in my personal opinion. But... everyone has their own version of enjoyment. So have fun y'all 😊
