From Leo: Some of the cheap Epiphones used to build a kill switch into the tone pot. You did not even have to drill another hole in the guitar, just tap the tone knob. I am surprised that feature did not show up on better guitars.

@@davidfaustino4476 why would it be? If people like a kill switch, why not build it right in, instead of drilling another hole? If people like them, I am glad they have them.

I was lucky enough to be from this generation of guitar players..I was 14 in 1980 and man I loved all these players ! A friend of mine back then was a badass guitar player and we used to go to all the great concerts and eventually I started playing in 1985 ish..I would also like to say another shredder from back then around Kotzens time was Michael Lee Firkins...also a guy named Danny Gatton that was awesome as well even though he was more known for his country style licks but man he was badass too...also the guys in" The Hellecasters" as in John Jorgenson..Will Ray and Jerry Donahue. Great video Robert..big fan here and interested in your course but wondering if it's online only or any plans for a DVD ?

Fantastic guitar ! It is also super fun to jam on. Never tried or owned EvH wolfgang pickups but once i heard this baby i instantly fell in love. The tone ive been searching for was all in this axe! The neck pickup has a PAF type fat sound and the bridge has such a hard growl with a bite. Also rolling off the volume knob with distortion creates a nice clean tone effect

Man I have always wanted a green guitar. This design is almost perfect... almost. Truss rod adjustment at the join is great, FR with D-Tuna, Kramer style headstock, killswitch, my only bugbear is that it doesn't have a barrel output jack like the old kramer baretta and pacers. I've never liked the plated output jacks as the nuts always loosen and fall off when you least expect it.
