Real Ghostbusters had slime. I think so did Mad Max Mad Balls Super Soaker Mad Scientist monster dissection toy 90s Jaba the Hutt Gak If Im wrong its because I mixed the toys up when I plaid with them over all my parents not only didn';t want the mess but also didn't want the slime to get ruined and put away with flakes of dirt mixed in it and then to dry out and need rebuying so we found a few magazines that had various "Make slime your self" formulas and we tried different ones. none identical to what the toys did. and none of them replicated the slime from Nickelodeon. other trends from the era Color change in water battle damage scented pop caps spark shooter blind box / grab bag glow in the dark hologram projector tape cassette story teller pull string talking puppet voice record and play back wind up and fly missile shooter zip line hatch from an egg magnetic suction cup water shooter also I saw maybe one of the weirdest ones the other day, Barby but she's a furry now.
