When I first went WFPB (mostly raw) vegan, I tried to drink 4 liters of water every day and I was cutting waaay back on salt. I was getting EXTREME headaches... probably because of how much I was diluting my electrolytes with all the water. Once I stopped drinking so much water and limiting my salt intake all of the headaches stopped. I now drink about 1 liter of water every day (sometimes 1/2, sometimes 1 & 1/2) and I listen to my body and give it what it wants rather than forcing anything or restricting myself. Interestingly, I noticed increased kidney filtration once I stopped drinking excessive, unnecessary amounts of water! All I can say is this video is nothing but the TRUTH!

Cooked food is very dehydrating, why its juicy is because the sugar in the vegetables or roots crystalize and becomes liquid threw the heat process, that liquid is dehydrating, and that liquid is not water that hydrates the body on a cellulär level.

Hi John thank you so much I was doing a chart for me & my sister 2 month ago on 19 May 2022 about fruits & their water content. when I realized me & my sister was consuming too much nuts & seeds & we cut back & started up more fruits & we feel much better I started the chart So me & my sister can get hydrated through our foods & juices like we use to & cut back on the fats like seeds & nuts as we did not realized we had changed so much of what we were doing before & even though I got far it was a chore because I could not find a list & had to ask my device on every single fruit me & my sister like to eat so this chart is very helpful thank you so much now I can compare my answers & also I can see if there are fruits I forgot I & my sister also wanted to know how to store fruits juices so it can last a week because like you said drinking water is not fun & by the time me & my sister drink about a litre we can't really drink any more so I & my sister will be watching your video to see that cause we are also very busy during the week & if we can have our juices premade that would be a blessing thank you once again great video

When I had read that milk was more hydrating than water it had mentioned because of not only electrolytes but it goes slower through your system so your body has more time to absorb it. So I’m still wondering if that is true if fruits and vegetables could actually be more hydrating than water or even juice because your body needs time to break them down.

Do you add minerals back into your water then after using a zero filter? I went from RO water to a Berkey. Filtration is important, especially with all the pesticides and drugs in the waters, but I believe minerals have value as well. Our foods (plants) aren’t as nutritious as they were even 60 years ago, so it seems the minerals would be of value.
