I just started drinking 2 liters a day. Got a 2 liter water bottle and make sure to finish it. I'm drinking less juice and soda as a result. Also have noticed better energy levels.

I actually drank a gallon of water a day in March because I was bored in quarantine and I was happy and hydrated my skin was clear and I lost some weight too and my hair was healthy

Speaking of this, I've started Two months ago drinking about 2 liters of water (or somedays less) everyday and to be honest, I've had lots of pimples on my face and body before that so when i started drinking the 2 liters of water everyday for about two week later i started to realize most of the pimples on my body have gone away😇😇i was so exiting about my body knowing that i didn't have to be insecure about my pimples on my body anymore. And then about 3-4 weeks i notice my face was also starting to clear up (most people are still telling me that) And normally i was so insecure about my pimples on my face i was even scared to look at people when they are talking to be especially when they're closed up to me. and till this day am drinking water and less sweets. And if your wondering about my weight, Well i am always a skinny person (well not that skinny) But am proud of that🥺🥺Because even if your overweight or skinny people are still going to judge you and say "oh she's skinny" or "oh she's fat" and that's one of the thing i started realizing in life.🥰🥰 and if your a person who has pimples and dont know how or why you have it or what to do to kind of...slow it down😂HERES SOME TIPS!! Reasons Why You MIGHT Have Pimples. 😩😩😩😩😩 1: Eating/Drinking lots of stuffs with sweets, salt, oil, fat- etc 2: Not washing your hair for too long🥱Your hair is greasy it NEEDS TO BE WASHED 3: having your hand in your face all the time (just try to avoid that habit)😂YOUR HAND IS STILL DIRTY NO MATTER IF YOU WASH IT atleast 1% of germs is still on it 4: sleeping on dirty pillows/sheets for too longg UGH C'MON ITS GOING INTO YOOUR PORES ALL THOSE DIRT 5: ALSO HAVING YOUR HAIR IN YOUR FACE ALSO GOING INTO YOUR PORES CAUSING A BREAKOUT 6: putting anything on your face🙄oh lord STOP DOING THAT 7:Going in the sun too much😐😐okay..so sweat isnt good for your face its also dripping from your head to your face LOL if you know what i mean😭😭 8: dont wear dirty clothes over and over and overrrrrrrr HERES A BETTER ROUTINE/HABIT ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ 1: Start drinking atleast 8 glasses of water each day try to avoid sweets ATLEAST DONT EAT/DRINK too much 2: wash your hair every 2-3 weeks 3: put your hands on your side, desk, laps, shoulder OR JUST FOLD IT 4: change your pillow case at least every week, and change your sheet atleast every 9 days 5: try not to have your hair in your face, have it in a bun or ponytail or someways to not having it in your face 6: dont just put anything in your face ew, DO WHATS RIGHT 7: TRY to AVOID going into the SUN too much. IF YOU WANNA TAKE A LITTLE GOT GIRL SELFIE IN THE SUN JUST DO IT DAMN😩😩 8:wash your face when you feel like its greasy or it needs to be washed 9: get a bath morning, day, night OR 12:00 in the morning- 8:00 at night✌✌✌😣 Hope your having a good day angel❤❤❤🦋Thanks for having the time to read my comment. ⚠if you cant really understand or seeing some misspelt words in my sentence, Well english wasnt my first language hope you dont mind⚠

A good rule of thumb and a base line guide I’ve always used is I drink half my body wieght in oz’s (US). Plus more on higher intensity training days.

Some days I do good but when I'm really busy, working on projects or deadlines... I simply forget. I've tried the alert bells but I snooze and forget then get off track with consumption. I've got to do better. Thanks for this reminder about the reasons I'm probably sluggish on the days I really need to be all in. More water please!!

I Drink 1 Liter of Water During the Morning Hours (9:00am-10:00am), and another Liter in the Afternoon (1:00pm-2:00pm), every day, even in the Winter Cold Days, I always Drink It Cold (Summer or Winter), in the Summer Days I Drink more than 2 Liters, my Body asks for 3 Liters a Day.

I started gym 4 days ago and also started to drink 1.5 Liters per day and i am feeling very good. Before this, I drinked a lot of Red Bull cans, appromaxitely 4-5 / day and i was feeling very fat, my belly was all time bloated. Now i am feeling elegant and very good. I am 1.75 tall and weight 86.4 kg. I want to go in ideal weight and very beautiful body

You should wait half hour before and after meals for your digestive system/juices to be able to break food down correctly and not be diluted ❤️

I just started in april trying to drink a gallon a day, most days im successful but even if i dont make it i feel great cause its more than i have ever done before, i use to hate drinking water 😣 Glad i ran across this video very helpful

I drink 1 liter of water, starting in the morning hours. Refill my bottle, allow time for the water to be cool. Then after noon time, I grab my 1 liter water bottle and drink during the afternoon and finish in the evening. Already seeing my energy levels improve, my skin feels more hydrated. It’s easier for me to keep up with my water intake by this method. I do drink other fluids like tea, just not as much as I use to. I like the results.

I just chug a 1.5L bottle within 10 mins in the morning and then again later in the day. People make it too complicated by trying to drink every hour or whatever.

Thanks for the video. You're saying drink 8x8, but my nutritionist just told me to drink a gallon a day which is taking me some time to get adjusted to. Is the 8x8 the minimum we should drink, or the goal? Is a gallon a day too much?

usually what I do when I’m at home is fill up a 4L jug of water and make sure to at least drink half by the end of the day, and refill and repeat after the water is gone

Ive been drinking a lot of juice and drinks like coke, pepsi lately so its a challenge i started from yesterday i dont really like water its hard for me but i drank a bottle yesterday of spring water and it was only 500ml and i dont know how i will drink 4 of them in a day im almost finished one today

When i was taking opiates there was a time I was drinking 2 liters a day and had barely any withdrawal it was so weird! And was drinking it before it detoxed. I drink Waiakea water I absolutely love it!

I have been drinking two cups of coffee, and maybe a box of diet Coke or energy drink. That was it. I have always been feeling tired and moody and always craving sweets. Only time i would drink water, was during my workout. Trying to drink 2 liters of water to see if it helps my energy level rise!

How much water you need is dependent on several factors like where you live (climate), how active you are, are you taking any medications on a regular basis. The generally accepted standard is 8, 8oz glasses a day, however that really is a baseline amount and you may require more for optimized function.

Hi! Great question. As you increase your water intake you will need to use the restroom more often. This can actually be a good thing unless you're having to go every hour. Be sure to evenly distribute your water intake. You can process 8 ounces of water every 20 minutes. Drinking too much water can be harmful. Aim for a minimum of half your body weight in ounces of water. Thanks for supporting the channel.

Steve Duby you should drink water with minerals and or electrolytes, drink pure water with no nutrients is not good for you, your looking nutrients when you pee if thats what you do and prob why your always thirsty.

Statistically speaking the research on this points to extreme cases, usually involving mental illness, where an individual has drank too much water. However, if you were to drink too much or more than what you really need, you will definitely find yourself making more trips to the bathroom. However, if you are concerned about electrolyte imbalance or the implications of water consumption combined with certain medications, this is worth making an appointment to discuss with your doctor.

Drinking water with meals can dilute stomach acids for some people. This video is giving "a one cap fits all" advice and it's not taking into account lifestyle choices either, such as a ketogenic diet or carnivore diet which requires less water to be consumed to preserve electrolyte balance.

Coach Chris is providing very solid information without giving a "one size fits all" advice. Everyone has to be responsible for their own body awareness and be able to determine if they are drinking enough or not to accommodate their body's needs as per their nutrition and daily physical activity. Most people do not drink enough water and this video is meant to make more of us aware of how important water is for us to function properly.

Are you really afraid that following the advice of this videa will give you too much water? Yes, it is possible to get too much water but 2 liters sure won't give you Hyponatremia, which is when your sodium levels (and other electrolytes) get too low because they have become diluted from too much water. Almost every medical authority suggests that the "average" (whatever that is) woman needs a minimum of 2.7 -3 liters of water daily (from all sources including food) while men require significantly more. Active people need more, athletes and those doing strenuous labor require even more. The usual goal is an ounce of water per 2/3 of body weight. Coach Chris is suggesting a very safe quantity to prevent being in a dehydrated condition. P.S. concerning your "carnivore diet", watch your dog lap up the water. Dogs that run free, like on a farm, slurp up even more.

Technically I use water as a base for my All Day You May BCAA’s, but I would NEVER drink water straight when I can drink BCAA’s. For 1 water is gross, zero flavor. My BCAA’s taste like fruit punch, watermelon, mango, even southern sweet tea. Water also doesn’t feed muscle, or give joint and liver support.

I do better when I drink 1-2 liters of water a day. Period. Lately, however, I've been getting too much food delivered, drinking coffee around the clock, and vaping my head off to deal with too much unnecessary stress. Time for a change!!
