The absolute silence when their song ended just showed how moved the entire audience was! Amazing!

Not to detract from the performance - the short silence was engineered in the edit to make it more dramatic for the TV viewers - you can clearly see that from the facial reactions of the performers as the song actually ends (they're reacting happily to what would otherwise be silence). THAT SAID... I hope they win BGT:2022. Best performance I've seen on BGT for many years and meaningful to many MANY people too. Including me.

It's so rough 😫 a really tough job, and you do it over and over again endlessly, day after day, quite often for months or years. I did it, but not during the pandemic . To my friend paramedic who lost his life at the start of the virus, to my coworker who had to work through the lockdown and left her child behind, to my grandparents who died through a pandemic, not from the virus but limited to the send of the deserved and limited on who saw them at the end. To everyone who suffered and more so to those who kept the system going with worries at home but knew someone had to. I've actually seen a lot of performances in *Britain's Got Talent, America's Got Talent* and others, but I dare say that this performance was the best I've ever seen.
