This is exactly why I am currently losing weight. I eat the foods I love. I just watch how many calories I eat of said food, in a day. The only thing I changed, was drinking water and I laid off soda(not completely, but it has been over a half a year since I had one. I mainly drink water and fat free milk for my cereal. This is what this guy in the video, is not telling you. I currently have lost a pound shy of 70 pounds.

It's a calorie surplus that's getting people fat. Just make sure your body is getting all the nutrients it needs and stay in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight.

No specific food makes you fat, but some foods increase your appetite with little nutritional value. A typical peanut butter jelly sandwich has processed peanut butter with added oils and sugar, jelly with added sugar and refined white bread. Switching to wholegrain or rye bread, using fresh strawberries instead of jelly and choosing a natural peanut butter with no added oil or sugar and measuring portions would give you better nutrition and would be equally as tasty as the refined version. It's not the foods themselves, it's how they are eaten and it's the foods added together. Making small decisions when it comes to things like this are key to big changes, and you never need to cut out any kind of food from your diet.

That is super healthy which a little amount of sugar and a healthy amount of healthy fats(not trans or saturated, the healthy fats have no link to obesity), decent amount protien (for a snack) and good carbs(not refined).

Fats aren't the issue. Sugar is, just used wholemeal bread with seeds, use low sugar no palm oil peanut butter and either use jam from a farm shop or just avoid it as it has the most sugar.

Chicken had more protein or micronutrients that help in other areas but specifically for weight loss is calories in calories out. If you burn more calories than you take in you will lose weight. The science behind weight loss was figured out a long time ago

The majority of fat in pb is actually unsaturated which doesn’t necessarily lead to fat gain at all. These healthy fats can actually help with weight loss. The one thing with pb is how calorie dense it is, so it’s easy to have too much

You could also just choose lower calorie bread, sugar free jam and pb2. I find bread as low as 35 calories per slice and the jam is 10 calories per serving. Pb2 is about 60 calories and higher protein as well.

I still eat PBJ. I just make it it differently now. Besides using a low calorie/higher protein bread, I use sugar free jam and I make my own peanut butter spread using powdered pb, a fourth of a serving of peanut butter protein powder, punch a salt and a little monk fruit. Sometimes I add a couple grams of SF vanilla pudding mix to help thicken it up if I've added too much liquid. The sandwich ends up having like 22 grams of protein and I can take it on the go.

“Sugar free” jam is not sugar free!? There are hidden sugars in there that will not help you maintain a decent weight! That is why you read all what is in it. They use aspartame, sorbitol, Malitol and all the other sugar substitutes that causes you to remain hungry and will cause you too eat more and that is why people don’t lose weight!

Make you own wraps from winter squash. Bake and mash squash. Let cool. Mix in flour (or plain protein powder) to mashed squash until a dough forms. Let dough rest in frig. Form into 1/2 cup balls, adding flour if too sticky. Then roll into round flat spheres. Cook I. Med-high pan until toasted, flip and toast the other side. Can be stored in frig for a week or two. Great way to get another serving of veggie and some protein. Cheers!

The tortilla has 18g of carbs and 15g of the 18 is fiber and fiber does not really count because the body does not digest it so it’s 3g of carbs per tortilla which is really good for weight loss👍

In a day I started eating: Breakfast: 4 eggs Lunch : 4 eggs Snack: Protien shake(60g of protein) Dinner : 4 eggs Total : Fat: 59g Carbs: 14g of carbs( 2 of the 14g is fiber so 12g of carbs) Protien : 126g of Protien

The PBJ can be fine, things like low-carb bread and the type of jelly. The peanut butter is fine just don't cake the sandwich.
