Shoulders stiff, back completely straight, legs moving incredibly fast striking the ground at a tremendous rate. It's not fun looking like a robot when you run though :C

@@casuallee5370 start with your hands and face. While you run keep your hands loose and let your face completely relax. Usually it translates into your shoulders and traps, but if it doesn't, practice running at a slower speed and staying relaxed while gradually working up to full speed.
