Regarding legal tender: As far as I understand, in the US, if you present someone with a bill or an invoice and they pay you in "legal tender" cash, you can't refuse that and hit them with late fees or whatever. If they try to pay you in another way, you may tell them that you don't accept that other way. If they're making a purchase or negotiating a service that you haven't yet provided, you may tell them that you don't accept cash. So: Payment up-front means you can deny "legal tender", but a debt or a bill means that you have to accept the "legal tender". I am not a lawyer and in fact do not necessarily know what I'm talking about.

This is not correct. No private business is required to take cash, or other legal tender. Also, most governments have fairly strict stipulations on that tender - in Canada, only a few dollars can be in change.

@@khamul787 you’re right. in the US at least, any debt you owe must be allowed to be paid in cash, but any private business can refuse to sell you an item for cash. because that isn’t a debt. a collections agency, on the other hand, would be required to accept cash as payment for a debt though i have no clue why anyone would insist upon doing so. this avoids a debt collector insisting upon payment in something ridiculous, like a cheap commodity, in order to rack up interest. but the term “legal tender” has nothing to do with that

It would go CRAZY if there was a 1/4 chance of finding a “sticker shop” after defeating the boss blind that lets you purchase stickers to place on your jokers as well as a “hole paper puncher” that lets you pay to punch a hole through a sticker that is currently on a joker. Take Tesla AutoPilot Put it in department of transportation owned/maintained compact electric cars Put security locks on the car Scan a QR code on your phone to unlock the door It takes you to the nearest public transit drop off Public transit is paid for by taxes and not fare so theres no fee to use it The car drives to back to state sponsored electric car charging centers (so that you also subsidize fossil fuels) You can replace electric with solar/hydrogen when its good enough to be a suitable replacement. Every city over 10,000 people should have a public transportation system exactly like this Law enforcement should have access to the video/audio of the vehicles in case of damages If you see damages, text a number to trigger a review (possibly also using sensor monitoring upon recharge or timeout without recharging)
