Yes, I agree! not just the view, but also the location the restos in it and how the mall is designed.

Is this near the Spacial mall? I was in Dumaguete back in 2018, but don't see this new development.

Yah it’s the new marina spacial mall. It just opened a month ago.

Dumaguete is a nice place reason why foreigners chose to retire there.

Yah. I think so too, to the point where some of my expat friends don’t like it anymore because there are just too many of them here. :)
