You know, the craziest part about this is that before they discovered the Higgs boson in the large hadron collider, a very respected scientist at the time stated that may be the reason we can’t seem to find it is because that specific particle is not supposed to exist by itself, alone in nature, and the reason why the collider kept breaking was because every time we discover it, reality would rewrite itself and cause a series of events that would lead to it malfunctioning. He specifically said that it might just be too abhorrent to nature to exist on its own

So Aaron fun fact: specifically birds were a species of dinosaur that survived along side the relatives to the dinosaurs the crocodilians. Crocs were ectothermic so they could warm their bodies without food and use the sun as well as go a very very very long time without eating, while birds like most dinosaurs were endothermic meaning they use food to create energy to warm themselves. The astroid basically deleted photosynthesis so birds could fly long distances and find food easier and crocs could swim for a long time and survive off of like a meal a year. Then after, everything settled and life was able to continue. Birds lost the need for teeth bc having a more pronounced beak was better suited for digging into thing to find scarce food and became more aerodynamic refining certain traits over millions of years and crocodilians basically just got smaller. But if you look at a chicken's DNA those traits are still present but recessive and there is a team of people trying to make those traits manifest and succeeded in embryos including longer tails, toothed beaks and a forward leaning body with no other introduced genes from any species. Some of these "Mandela effects" are easily debunked with a simple google/KZbin search. For example the Smokey Bear one, in the early stages of Smokey he said "Forest Fires", later on they changed it to "Wildfires". "Forest Fires" was also used in ads in other countries like Canada.

Actually they have found proof that the dinosaurs where already gone by the time that meteor hit. There is physical evidence of the strike denoted by a thin layer in the geological records. However there are no dinosaur fossils to be found above (after) this line. Unfortunately archaeologists/paleologists refuse to acknowledge the evidence similar to how they refuse to recognize scientific evidence of the real age of the Great Pyramids and Sphinx.
