One thing that isn't mentioned here is that MyArcade is actually just a rebranding of the company known as dreamGear, a company who specialized in making unlicensed/pirated NES/VT03 plug 'n plays and other devices in the 2000s. They changed to the MyArcade branding sometime in 2016.

The absolute funniest thing I can think of is if Ben Heck were to tear one of these arcades down and discover that it's not the NOAC but all of the NES ports burned onto the same ARM implementation and a hard wired short that selects which game it actually plays. He actually did this with a previous run of devices on the Ben Heck Show while he was still part of it, and one game actually contained four different games and all you needed was a selector switch to change between the games. After which he not only miniaturized the already minimal design to make it actually keychain sized, I think his changes actually made it easier and more comfortable to play.

My main two gripes are the fact that it uses the NES ROM instead of the arcade one and the fact that tha image in incorrectly scalled and exhibits pixel shimmering (it stretches a 256 x 240 image all over a 320 x 240 panel). If they had used some kind of image interpolation it would have looked amazing as the panel itself is 4:3, the same aspect ratio NES games were on CRTs.

Back to MyArcade, I don't necessarily mind that they're Famiclones either, though like, they've done it because it's cheaper to manufacture that way. As an alternative I rather enjoy BasicFun's Arcade Classics series; unfortunately the LCD, NES-ROM versions are Wal-Mart exclusives. The marquees also don't light up and they're smaller than the MyArcade units, and there is no MicroUSB port so they can't be left on in demo mode, for those that do have it; however, they are reasonably nice units for their price, about the same as the SuperImpulse ones. I suppose their Game & Watch handhelds count, loosely. I think Nintendo is very selective when it comes to making these things, and given the G&W handhelds didn't seem to make a HUGE dent in the market I imagine they aren't seeing a need to expand that stuff any further. Just a guess though.

My only issue with Dig Dug is that Dig Dug moves at the same speed as in the arcade port. Unfortunately the monsters move 10-15% faster on the NES port making arcade patterns impossible beyond round 32 My high on arcade Dig Dug is 2.41 million (round 181) and my high on NES/My Arcade is a mere 620,250 - round 55. With the exception of Gslaga - NES ports of early 80's arcade games are more difficult than their arcade counterparts.
