Nice Tips, my big mistake are: 1-Waste respect in my first 2 season for try all coms. 2-Not use Voucher shop in the correct way untill my season 4 3-Hard Find a good team for more then 2 season, is super hard faund a competitive group, 99% of team are casual, and leader wanna lead w/o playing for real, also team member are always 90 casual, 10 real player determinate to win, it's hard found a 100/100 team full try hard. So yes everyone have made at least 1 of this mistake xd

I ain't a huge spender so only use tickets on cutlass, carvers etc to refine I ignore the golds. But mostly go for respect items to get my solid tier 2's up ie shadow right now

The only one I did is buying respect items for Gil, but I don’t consider it as a mistake, because I pushed him into respect 7 then I stopped. Now R12 in just 3 season

I am personally a light spender and a r5 t2 commander is basically impossible to get when not using the mathom exchange, not using the shop really disables using anything above t1 commanders

I role play with the commanders. If I play Isengard, only isengard heroes. Mordor only mordor. Then if I need more armies I dip in my favorites like Sharku, Mouth of Sauron, Maltuk, Grisnak.

2:34 I playing from the start as a low spender (season pass+monthly coin pack) and i think it was worth more to pump up my commanders r5+ than buying gold gear from the vouchers Yeah T1 heroes are strong but they are counterable, probably thats why they are just T1 But as a low spender like me you can unlock the few t3s who are meta comms with purple gear with a few goldens Just think about you dude, how many full refined goldens do you have with spending? 😁 A F2P player will never get enough golden for strenghten up a golden to worth to using…. for them it’s probably better to pump up the few t2 and maybe t3 commanders above r5 or 6 insetad of spending vouchers on gold items, but this is just my opinion btw i aggre all with the other things you talked about 😁

2:22 the Respekt item buying is good for f2p but for whales I recommend spending in gold gear like you do

I have mixed feelings about it, but I also feel like some of the tier 1 commanders are good enough you could just focus on them and save all your vouchers for gold gear, so that your tier 1 commanders really compete well in the meta. But, getting a few other options, rolling a little sooner isn’t a horrible thing. I’d say as long as you’re not always spending all your vouchers on respect, and trying to look out for really good gear pieces as well you’ll be in a good spot.

With the change to fellowship boosts, the need to take 200 tiles early is actually less. No real incentive

not necessarily true. My understanding is that the exp scrolls you get are based on your highest tile. I am not sure what the thresholds are though for better ones, but I heard 260-300 gets you the best ones

Yep, you just need a 260. But that still means you don't rush a 200 or 230. No point. We didn't help team members at all this season with 200s, just 260/300 later. Really frees up the whale responsibility early on.

@@affascinante170 yeah, that it does. I’m usually one of the top 10-15 in production for the first several days. Does put a strain on troops and rss helping FS members get 200s on day 2-3, but it’s not really a complaint. The collective FS rss boost made up for it.
