Fun fact: The game is already has mods If I am not wrong, the most popular mod is the BiggerLobby mod, it adds support for 20 players but I suggest the MoreCompany mod for stability and even more players! (32 players, but 8 players is only tested)

This game is comedy gold with mates. Had a great experience with the bracken, where my mate was behind me I turn to grab something -hear him half scream before being cut off and then when I turn around all I see his corpse getting dragged by something around the corner. Straight out of a cheesy horror movie and I love it. As for people 'back-seating' on how to play, ignore them and just have fun my dude. Love from Australia

For the terminal computer, an advice. You can actually just type c to confirm and d to deny. And for store items sometimes don't need dashes. Love the video! Lethal Company has been so much fun. The perfectly cut-scream, reactions, and VOIP effects are just good. For the company, the mission must continue!

I love this game, usually my friends will be the ones who die trying to cheese the monsters like slimy goo and I'll be the one who take their bodys and scrap and fly away. And we still didn't make it past 2nd quota

I don't mind the idea that you have to buy moons, but it could be managed better. The biggest problem is once you buy a moon, you now feel obligated to stay on it since it costed so much, either to the point you get sick of that moon, or you get unlucky and there's an impossible weather on it (sometimes after only one trip as well). If you instead bought it once and kept it for the session (i.e. until you failed to meet quota) that would be a much more meaningful unlock. Also on the topic of inventory, I don't think making equipment not take up slots is the solution here; that's part of the challenge, weighing up what equipment you bring to make your life easier (ladder, weapon, etc.) with taking more loot. A good solution though would simply be a purchasable increase in equipment slots. Perhaps even tied into the suits system, so different jumpsuits have more inventory slots, or other buffs like faster speed, less weight movement penalty/inertia, etc.; currently it seems that jumpsuits are both rare to find in store, and entirely cosmetic when you do.

Actually suit upgrades could be another avenue to explore which would also fix the inventory issue. You could maybe buy like a trashy in-built flashlight, or a radio comms unit, which while perhaps worse than standalone equipment doesn't take up any slots. Different suits could also have different amounts of module counts, or simply you can't pick your modules/they are randomised, so you should pick your suit carefully. All of this aids replayability through different playstyles and experimentation too, while hopefully not adding so much mechanic depth as to be daunting to new players.

I feel like this game could use a bit of permanent progression, as literally everything is currently temporarily unlocked, some only once, some until you're fired. This can easily be done by increasing the prices of certain unlocks, but then having them always unlocked afterwards. So you can start a run with the express purpose of unlocking X, then starting the next run with X already unlocked.

Thats kind of the Idea, If you commit the money, you can't just leave. Many of the weather mechanics including the monsters during the eclipse can be countered. Scanning the monsters helps give tips on how to deal with them.

Hysterical 😂 2 Notes about monsters and moons. 1: Monsters: some of the animals/ beings/ monsters arent really out to murderize us. The loot/ scavenger buggos just want to have awesome stuff by their nests and maybe their babys want toys. They kill due to territorial instinct. The shadow beings just are curious so just glance at them, NOT stare! 2: Moons/ locations: Reading the moons description.. Its all on moons, the first three ( two are twins or bits of one ) are around a gas giant planet, the three last are possibly around the same or different gas giant. They might all be orbiting a few planets in a solar system with a white dwarf star! 🤔

The one thing that bothers me watching this is he doesn't go to weather conditions that often. He just assumes weather will kill him and doesn't learn how to get around it. Like the rain, he knows that you can sink in the mud. But doesn't learn that there are dry spots visible if you go around the back. You can visibly see what is quicksand. You learn how to deal with it, you will have more options. Eclipse though, I agree, it's not worth going to it. It's literally just a high death chance. Flooding isn't worth it, as it's basically a speedrun at that point. Rainy though is easy, I said how you avoid it. Storming is easy, as you just need to be lucky and drop metal when it statics. Fog is super easy, it's literally just inconvenient. 3/5 are fine to do.

60+ hours here, better to sell all to buy useful equipment (teleporter) if you are relatively new to the game. This is because new lads tend to die with all hands. thus loosing the spare scrap. However, once you are good on equipment it is worth saving for the next quota despite the risk of loosing it.

Namely yellow, purple, red, blue and green. White, black and grey could be rank specific etc. Maybe have armors for suits aswell that can take a bar of dmg or two

I feel like the username and mic proximity are enough to differentiate players tho? I don't like the idea of everyone being able to choose their own color, not only does it make too "amogus" -like but it doesn't make sense story-wise as they're all working for a company that sees them as nothing but tools. It wouldn't make sense for them to have the liberty to choose their own suit unless they paid for it.

My feelings exactly. I'm not expecting perfect gameplay here, especially for a blind playthrough, but running risks going "we have to scan the monsters!", and then practically never reading the bestiary entries they do get to learn how to deal with the monsters? What's the point? Buying the teleporter, IGNORING THE TEXT THAT APPEARS WHEN YOU BUY IT THAT EXPLAINS EXACTLY HOW IT WORKS, then asking immediately after dismissing the text "wait how does this work???" Shoving crewmates outside the ship while it's taking off and locking them out, which kills them, knowing that you get fined for crewmate deaths, while you're already struggling to make quota! Almost never checking the weather, even after eclipsed weather has party wiped your entire group multiple times! I know they get much better, and I know Insym absolutely masters games, so that might have brought me into this series with high expectations from jump. But watching these videos in order is rough. It doesn't even feel like simply being bad; a lot of it feels like actively disregarding every opportunity the game offers to learn and get better, even when they obviously know it's there. (Like the bestiary thing, when Insym has already looked up coilheads and circuit bees, then goes on to emphasize scanning other monsters afterwards but doesn't check the entries. It's not like he doesn't know the bestiary is there, or how it can be used, which would be more understandable; he's just so busy goofing off that he's not even checking the intel he's making an effort to grab.) Having mostly watched Insym's Phasmo vids, and specifically the ones after he was already a pro at the game, I assumed he really dove into game mechanics and meta right from the start in order to get as good as he is. Now I'm kind of wondering if his style is actually just to...brute force it?? Which, I mean, more power to him if it is, slamming your head against the wall until you learn every crack and contour still lets you learn the game, and doing it that much shows incredible dedication, but it's a lot less *graceful* of an evolution of skill than I anticipated. Still, genuinely, I'm glad he's having fun. *I* would be frustrated as hell playing like this, so I struggle to watch it, but that's my problem. I could just go watch some of his later videos, but I really do want to see his evolution, so if I'm having a bad time, that's on me, not him.

I'm kind of upset that if you watch a full stream the next couple of videos are just trimmed versions of the stream. Even a little editing for more context creates a new experience, but i don't even see that being done. I loved the phasmophobia, but I'm beginning to think it was just because you could slam 5-8 different matches back to back and call it a video while explaining how to play the game. I miss the thrill of finding your account and watching it nightly. Now i simply watch each stream you post and wait for the next one since everything else you post comes from a stream

Insym: "This game is basically perfect with only a few nitpicks" Also Insym: "You have to run too far to the building (Would negate dangers outside), "They should make it so the planets unlock" (Defeats the points of High risk moon and not being able to leave because of weather and cost), "Thats so stupid" (Inability to jump on railing due to pipes overhead amongst other things). Summary: Game is great, but change it because he doesn't like the core foundations of the game that make it enjoyable and re-playable. Otherwise great content besides the constant complaining about how to make it a completely different game.
