Just a thought but it's a great idea Since everyone is in a space suit it should be made so that when any planet is flooded instead of drowning they should make the water dirty/muddy and add an amphibian-type monster which detects any kind of light and attacks when it touches a player.

You techically can awlays check if shotgun has bullets... the issue is that after that, you don't know if it still has bullets, but if you try testing it again, you can be absolutely sure there are no bullets

The problems you've experienced with killing nutcrakers(and other monsters in previous videos) are probably due to More Company multiplayer desynch. Monster's hitboxes get super janky with people running around, especially for nutcrackers, on the second to last run you can even see Thorlar killing him with a shovel and still being blasted. Those two missed shots you previously reviewed on vod were likely just noregs. Such a fun design, very high variance though depending on available cover. Small tip: nutcracker only plays drums while being in combat, also the jingle bell sounds means he spotted someone and is aiming at them. He always shoots a second after the jingle, then he checks if target is still in his line of sight, if not he goes to the last location where target was. To consistently peek him around corners you need to not for more than a second after each shot.

just a little tip for dine the lights take you on a much longer path to the door than you have to. There is a straight line between the main door and ship that's like 25% faster than following the lights. Search up a map of dine you'll see what I mean. Also the fire exit is closer to the ship's exit than any path to the main entrance.

Insym is definitely right on lethal company transcending the horror community, I have friends that love playing this game even though the large majority of the games they play are just like nintendo party games like mario kart. Its insane how popular this and I love it since this game is so amazing.

I don't think there's a definitive best end-game planet yet honestly. I love Dine and its completely my mojo, but on average the best value-ratio for our team was actually Rend. Its a more streamlined moon thats less RNG dependent at the cost of it being slower in terms of loot hauling and having stronger initial monsters (though, they happen to be monsters that most people can play around on, especially with Rend's freedom of movement). Its preference though. As I said, Dine is my mojo but that mostly because I'm good at turrets for some reason (at mansion at least). Think it highly depends on what kind of team-comp you have. For my team, Rend just caused less deaths, which ultimately meant more loot. But if we have to do Dine, I'm usually the guy on the front and setting off landmines with le' shovel (or whatever works, really). ...Which is nice, cus at Rend, I gotta be shipman cus everyone in my team is so good at that place, while at Dine, someone else gets to be shipman. It adds up XD.

Jester has it's own sphere where you can't kill anything with shotgun. It can protect you and I think it was the reason you didn't get that nutcracker.

Btw on rend, to get back from the fire exit, go to the light outside, there is a cable from the light which goes underground, that points towards the ship so just point along the cable and run in a straight line.

i think insym is leaning to heavily on the nutcracker not moving into line of sight to shoot him. obviously the thing is going to look for insym before firing, so you have to bait it to aim first before ducking around a corner, insym just assumes its not going to move.

I really hope dev would take a different approach to balance the difficulty compared to what happened to Titan. As long as there are set conditions there will always be meta choices, so why not make the moons rotate difficulty each day? Harder ones will have more threaths and higher value items while easy ones will give you chance to experience map presets without instantly dying. Weather shouldn't be the only punishing factor, some maps are harder to navigate which inherently makes loot delivery more difficult. That said, I think there's a good point in dedicating people to ship duty. It's helps a lot to clear problematic turret spots, can pull a clutch teleporter save, meme strats like radar booster flash BUT ALSO distract enemies outside like throwing out whoopie cushions for dogs or buying an item. Not saying you have to play it like a class-based MOBA, but assigning a role and sticking to it works very well in a team setting.

I wish that they added a hacking tool to deal with those pesky turrets. Like a hacking tool would be able to as the name suggests hack turrets and make them a friendly. The limit should be 3 turrets at a time, won't affect land mines and cost around 250~ish.

Nothing, it's just occasionally that you get lower price items, which is usually the general gist of reason. You get a lot more items still, but in less value, so their ideal is mansion per inventory. Also, because higher shotgun odds 😂 I still love Titan, but it has such a low mansion rate. Doesnt also help they buffed fall damage so you can get jump from the top and get to the ship asap
