In my Opinion Hard Plastic is best used with Glas or sinteher printed Aluminium Oxide (Ceramic) its like a icecube ... i like it. Thunder 9 smooth surface is my Favorite so far.

The Npet SpeedM fills a niche that has been missing for a while, its not a complete 1:1 but its close to the steelseries 9HD in terms of feel. Its just larger, maybe a smidge slower.

im over hard pads i dont like my skypad ruined my mouse feet they wore down unevenly and now my mouse wobbles like a screwed up chair with one short leg just because of how i hold my mouse never happened with soft pads for me the flex on the skypad makes me always feel like its gonna break aswell
@HardwareUnpluGGed Жыл бұрын
Your desk is uneven. The skypad shouldn't wobble at all. I've had that issue on an old desk that wasn't leveled properly. But yes, hard pads will destroy your feet, including these

@@HardwareUnpluGGed Your probably right ill find a way to fix it up its definitely the coolest thing ive owned on the enthusiast side of things paired it with a glorius model 0 wireless and ive been happy with it maybe ill try my hand at building a desk myself

How does this feel compared to SkyPad, Superglide or the Atlas in term of speed and smoothness?

How are the durability on both pads? I heard that plastic pads like g440 will slow down drastically after months of usage. Does it apply to any of the two pads?
@HardwareUnpluGGed Жыл бұрын
Have no used these pads for months. I just started using the xray pad one about 2 weeks and the Speed M for a few days. I'll try to put more time into the pads and maybe release a review.

First: I Scrub mine sometimes with warm water and Soap. (It accumulates my Human remains) Second: I like the Combination of Hard Plastic Pad + Glas / Ceramic / Aliminiumoxid Mouse Skates. This Combination stays a very long Time like the Mosue is an Ice Cube. In this combination the Pad is the Surface that gets scrubbed of and over time it smoothes out. If youf got ptfe Skates ... those are the material that wears.

@@kridselot7383Has the NPET SPEEDM mousepad maintained its durability? And how is the cleaning issue with this mousepad? I'm thinking of buying this mousepad but I'm not completely convinced yet. I'm a person who sweats a lot and according to some reviews this mousepad is very resistant to sweat. I would appreciate your response.

Did you get any problems with it sticking to your arm?
@drewpik3275 Жыл бұрын
@@paoloalto definely nope but maybe sweaty persons, i feel u dont need an armsleeve, but if u live in a humid environment maybe yes not because of the pad but of ur skin get sticky

has the same feel for the feet? it wear down the mouse feet very fast as the one you mentioned? how often do you change your mousefeet with it? thx!
@RitzyBusiness Жыл бұрын
Haha I had the opposite effect, I used for skates to speed it up, my corepadz were a bit slow on them. I used to dots that came in the package but probably gonna swap them out for something faster.
@RitzyBusiness Жыл бұрын
@@paoloalto your sweaty arm will add a bit of friction but no where near the needing an arm sleeve levels of a glass surface. It's a lot like sweating on some hybrid pads but because it's hard it feels more comfortable than those.
