I did watch the whole movie, and unlike many people. that only the scenes with Buster Scruggs were good. I thought the whole movie was really good. although I have to admit the scenes with Buster Scruggs. were some of the best scenes in the movie. especially the scene where he kicks the plank on the table. causing his opponent to shoot himself in the head three times. that has to be one of best scenes I have seen in any western movie.

Quentin Tarantino and Wes Anderson, can never equal the Coen brothers. especially when a person considers movie's. such as '"Brother Where Art Thou" and the remake of"True Grit". and the many other fantastic movies they have directed.
@13_13k Жыл бұрын
@@musicauthority-kt6zy ---- I agree that the Coen brothers are better film makers. Their stuff is on another level. I'd even say that Wes Anderson is better than Quentin. But, comparing them to one another on the finished product is an act in futility because their styles are so different. Quentin's work is comic book, pulp fiction, more entertainment purely for entertainment. Wes's work is like the intellectual kid who is the eccentric punk rocker that you know is genius but is so weird and quirky that his character's individual strangeness is the is the genius and his choice of casting those characters. Coen Bros are just incredible at everything that Wes and Quentin are great at and more. They cover the whole film making processes of character psyche, that is so incredible, and the story depth and pulling the audience in for the ride, be it quirky and dark, or serious and mentally dangerous, or the way their characters are real people that we identify as people that we know or could know in real life. They pull the audience in to take the ride alongside their characters. Their writing is second to none. I can say that I worked on Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, and it was an amazing experience. So much work went into the details of things that audiences aren't even going to notice but subconsciously they will. Getting a phone call and being asked if I had time to take on a project that will be pretty much six days a week for five months, knowing only that it was a big budget film and some of the biggest names in the business as talent and crew, because it was a secret, the whole production was very guarded and no one could discuss what was being filmed or if it was a movie or a commercial. Which was an ongoing crew joke on location when public were around and would ask what we were shooting we would say it was a mayonnaise commercial. Hahahahaha they never believed us but ..... I've worked on a Spielberg film and Tom Ford film and lots of other top directors and A crews and A actors in those projects but I would work for free on a Coen brothers project same with Wes Anderson. Hell, I would have worked for free on Once upon a time. Sorry for the long comment

The guy who Feeds, and wipes your ass suddenly hates you. Buys a chicken to replace you. And flat out Murders you. The least he could’ve done is Let him watch when he buys whores. Or buy him a whore. Or even just sell him off to a circus. Someone is bound to treat him better. The Indian one made me think of my Love. To think i am in love with someone. Some shit happens. She runs off. Find her. 1-John the Noble Savage talking about ''transient heroes'' though, isn't that precisely what happened when the ''UNsinkable'' Titanic and a too tall iceberg (nothing more than hardened water, really) had a meeting of sorts ''in fog as well'', wouldn't you say?. 2-And like it's AeLways happened after getting on each other's way , one sank and the other a few decades later ended up AeLmost totally melting away , or so they said on a National Geographic documentary special. 3-Just saying, as again it started raining all of a sudden; and that's no tale. Sync it with the area's Doppler radar, if still in doubt...Shema!!!

The general tone of the film is that everything was awful in the past. It has the feel and the stories like a lot of other modern films that imagine the modern world as the new creation and all of history as barbarians in the mud. Of course the stories are true to the time period and accurate, it's just not a good idea to forget that most of the world is still this bad today, and that the west never actually rose above it, just made the messy things private.

Consequently, I took an elective "Survey of Shakespeare" which was taught by a collective group of highly motivated graduate students which of course translated into my taking the 38 Shakespearean plays (two plays a week plus a weekly test). I soon found out that due to the environment in which William lived (under Elizabeth I and James I) that due to England's relationship with Spain the monarchs were highly nervous on the best of their days. Consequently, all of the plays had collateral hidden meanings. So I kind of got used to it plus no politician is ever totally honest - particularly today. Consistently Pray for forgiveness, guidance in a good (positive) direction, and for help against evil. Pray to be saved from hell (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. Do it and your life will slowly get better, or maybe quickly. It probably just depends on you and the kind of person you are/have been. Don't wait until its too late and you have to suffer the consequences of built up bad karma from immoral acts/unrepented sins. Maybe together we can help make the world a better place by changing ourselves for the better, and changing things around us for the better. And addressing/thanking the CREATOR, LORD GOD at the beginning and end of your prayers would be a good idea 😊 Or just be my friend if you don't want to say the prayer 😄 I'm trying to help you get right with the LORD🙏 Amen.
