You are correct on the placement of the sternum. Although, I would imagine it would depend on how far down and out to the sides the tattoo was extending. As the sternum actually ends several centimeters below the nipple line. So, it would depend on size and placement of the tattoo whether or not she needed to be topless. On another note. You'd be like "WHAT" and then die of radiation poisoning a few weeks later.

A little info on tattoo placements (I don't know if anyone has mentioned this already): The V-neck idea is good, if one gets a chest piece. A sternum tattoo goes under the boobs, you can't get a tat there with a shirt on. But I also don't get why that's a bad day? She knows her partner is a tattoo artist and that's part of his job. How does she react when a woman get a tattoo in that area that spans the upper thigh, hip, and butt cheak?

I don't like admitting I have some wee bit of schendefruend BUT if ppl do stupid things that also mess up other ppl's (and pets* in many cases) days. *e,g, Commute from my Long Island nabe to Manhattan is almost 4 hours r/t. So, my fab dogs held it in for 12 hours. Some moron messing up by just 3 minutes means another 50 minutes until the next Long Island Railroad train to this area, and a big srill warm puddle (2 big Boxers) that of course I could not blame my furbabies for BC they clearly held out as long as possible. All I kept thinking about was how upsetting this was for THEM and hubby and I agreed that if I could not telecommute at least 4 days then we could not live like this, and my bosses surprisingly said yes (this was in the 90s so this was very rare, esp on Wall Street), I THEN was able to volunteer at the animal shelter and in animal rescue, ironically, something my mushpot underneath boss got me to go into, despite me being upset at what you see**. BUT, I THEN got tough enough to go to law school at 40 and then doing Animal Law, and other underdog areas, such as Disability Law, veteran;s issues, Foreclosure Defense

My partner got covid and has been in isolation for a week, all three my kids are testing the boundaries, I have a stress migraon every day, and it's hot as the underside of a boob. Thank you Charlotte! My birthday is in 3 days, I'll be 35 and for the past 3 years my family (parents in general) have forgotten about me. They will throw a party for my little brother his is the 16th, my cousins also same day, my older brother not until Sept, and a few other members who have married into the family. But yet, somehow when I ask, what about my bday and literally word for word last year my mom "OMG I totally forgot and spaced celebrating yours with the family." Still mom, "we can do dinner with your dad and me next week". So, this brightened my day cause you never know who is having it worse!! Thanks again beautiful. I love your videos

It isn't just math, I've had three absolutely AWFUL teachers like this in my life. One was a physics teacher in highschool where literally no one, not even the science nerds with near perfect GPAs got above a D cuz the guy sucked so hard. The other 2 were in college & both acted like they were teaching PhD students when they were teaching intro courses & acted like we were the idiots not that they were terrible profs.

OK but now I want to know...did they not put a weight in the balloon? Don't stores usually give you a weight or something when you get them so that they don't fly up into the ceiling and stick there until they just run out of helium and sadly sink to the floor? Why didn't they get a rock? Or a book? What was even in the balloon, why was the balloon the apparent gift? Does she really like balloons? Nothing wrong with that but if she does like balloons to the point of being gifted them wouldn't this be an often enough occurrence for them to know to put a weight on it? I want to know the thought process. I'm not judging them, I probably would have done the same thing. I just...I'm really curious and I actually want to know.

The tail of the balloon was cash/money. Have seen them before but opened indoors there is no problem. Even so you'd think they would have tied it to the box or something so it could fly up but not away.

As someone with big boobs, some boob fat gets pushed up into my sternum when I wear a bra. For a tattoo artist, they would mostly likely have me remove my shirt and bra so everything is hanging natural when they place the stencil. I don't know if all tattoo parlors have nipple coverings, the one I go to does.
